This small fee includes 5 hours by phone, paperwork, grading, and Ayurvedic Postpartum Care certificate of completion from Sacred Window Ayurveda.
5 to 7 Telephone or local Contact Hours usually are sufficient guidance for students attending intensives. Home study student needs vary much more; student rate is $25/hour by internet or phone for additional time. Preceptorship begins as soon as you begin practicing what you are learning in each unit. This is because Unit homework guides your internship practicum and weaves the program learning units quickly together.
Students will want to begin with some understanding for foundational concept and terminology of Ayurveda, such as in Ayurveda 1a, below, or equivalent, available from many sources and classes. Ayurvedic Nutrition is really part of that. These other two classes can come along as you can fit them in, taking in your introduction to Ayurvedic herbs before the Advanced Postpartum Herbals unit of course being wise.
