THis is where I'll list Ayurvedically appropriate favorites...and invite anyone else to also, for the postpartum mom. Today's discussion with editor Bea Ferrigno in Colorado was really helpful to reconsider which book gets done first. For training purposes, all the recipes still will be collected, tested, improved as needed.
But her veery well thought out idea, as an experienced editor of books familiar with market as well as ayurvedic topics is to introduce a Perinatal Ie, pregnancy/birth/postpartum and ayurveda book, with a few of our most delicious recipes and key titbits like for nausea, etc in a book that introduces ayurveda for this time period so they don't get the book "too late" ie, postpartum when the mind is you know, out the window, and opportun ity to practice and understand a few key ayurvedic ideas is rather difficult.
The idea is brewing to invite possibly Terra and Aparna to co-author. Any other ideas?
although just writing this for myself is helpful, I'm of course inviting input, particularly from those who also have talked about becomeing trainers.
Love and Blessings;
Ysha
