She has had a number of shows, does weddings, and is obviously very skilled at making photos into fun and beautiful art. She hasn't done much mother and baby art, except her Grandma has sure been my dear mother for a long time, and changed a lot of diapers. She had 4 of us in 5 years! Nursed us all, at least for a little while.
Simon Silva's artwork is amazing! The author of Amor a Todas Horas (section of it to the right here) painted this picture watching his wife work so hard and with such love caring for their baby. He says this is his tribute to mothers in appreciation for our work. His art vibrantly captures the colors and emotions of life as a migrant worker and Latin American family with so much compassion and love of life! Spanish and bi-lingual books for Children from Del Sol Books features 3 prolific authors and many wonderful artists including Simon Silva. FAbulous collection! I'm so excited to share these someday with my grandchildren! Looks like my great nephews will benefit first.
Ann Geddes' site is so much fun, and their TLC with the babies they photograph is outstanding. As they can't take on promoting the many websites that would love to be affiliated like ours, you will have to find her on your own. It will bring giggles and smiles, I'm sure!
