The Level I Ayurvedic Doula Training Course is perfect for clinical women's health care professionals, Ayurvedic students, parents and anyone involved in postnatal mom and baby care.
Clinical women's health care professionals with little or no Ayurvedic background
The 7 Centers Level I certificate training program has been designed especially for you! We wanted to offer clinicians -- such as midwifes, nurses, naturopaths, and others -- the opportunity to gain what you need in order to better serve mothers and babies as part of your established practice. (Please note: This is an entirely redesigned training, not to be confused with the information on the old www.sacredwindow.com/training.html pages.)
AyurVedic Students/Practitioners
This is a great way to expand your existing knowledge of Ayurveda and apply it to the unique needs after childbirth! Previous students of Ayurveda have the option of more in depth hands-on Ayurvedic and Postpartum meal-preparation experience as part of the Level I course in November. Advanced placement slots are limited. Please send in your registration and indicate your interest in this option as soon as possible.
Parents
The workshop is a wonderful option for parents who want a good overview of Ayurvedic self-care keys specific to postpartum. You will also learn about the scope of the most ancient life science -- Ayurveda -- and get an introduction to the professional options related to Ayurveda and Doula work.
Birth, Postpartum and Other Doulas, Childbirth Educators, Yoga instructors...
The Level I training gives you the foundations of Ayurveda for self and client wellness and preventive care along with tools to begin working with your clients in an expanded repertoire of effectivenes and income value skills. This program or equivalent is required to learn the home care skills taught in Level II. We hope you can join us in offering a new standard of care for mothers and babies!
